Taryn Update

So we thought it would be good to send the latest on Taryn and the grandbaby.

First our grand daughter has been 'officially' named. 

Ashlyn Emma

Now there are a few of us who still think that she should be named Emma Ashlyn or Crazy Ray Ann (that is from our friend Ray) but we have been told (many times by Tom & friends) that it is up to her parents and not us to name her. 

Here are a couple of the latest pictures. The first one is her at Virginia Beach last weekend. 

 Taryn was getting a little 'stir crazy' and Brandon took her out to the beach for a little sun and sand that was needed. The water was cold but the day outing did her good. Virginia Beach is only about 1 and a half hours from them. (I think she looks like Patti in this picture).

The next picture is off of their back porch. I thought the one of the two of them was very sweet! Someday the rain will stop and the summer will finally be here for them. 

Taryn has been doing well. She is due May 17 so  is in her 35th week and just waiting for the day to deliver. She still has the sickness so there are good and bad days. There are mostly good days now which is great after the long days of being sick. She has even started to gain weight which the doctor is happy about. 

I will be heading to Virginia on May 9th or so depending on what her doctor says after her visit next week. I want to be there when she delivers (NOT in the delivery room since that is Brandon's job!) and then help her out for a few weeks after she gets home. Luckily my work lets me work from anywhere so have PC will travel. Then Tom will come out after Ashlyn is born. 

So I will keep you posted on the progress and when Ashlyn makes her arrival.
